Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SifuPage ("we", "our", or "us"), including purchasing a landing page package through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Project Timeline & 48-Hour Delivery

Our promised "48-Hour Delivery" timeline commences only after the client has successfully completed payment and submitted all required project information via the Client Dashboard's Project Brief form.

• Failure to provide necessary assets (copywriting, images, logos, or domain access) will delay the project start time.
• The delivery timeframe applies to the initial draft of the landing page. Subsequent revisions will be completed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours per request.

3. Revisions

The number of free revisions provided is determined by the specific package you purchase.

• A "Revision" is defined as a requested set of modifications to the existing design or content presented in the initial draft.
• Requests for complete redesigns, new features not included in the original scope, or structural changes outside the agreed layout are not considered standard revisions and may incur additional fees.
• Once the revision limit is exhausted, additional modifications can be purchased separately.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or FPX (Billplz). Payments must be made in full before the development process begins.

• Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are final once development has begun.
• If you request a cancellation before submitting your project brief, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any transaction processing fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, and text provided to SifuPage do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. We are not liable for any copyright disputes arising from client-provided materials.

6. Handover and Maintenance

Upon project completion and final approval, SifuPage will provide you with all necessary credentials (e.g., cPanel, WordPress Admin) via the Client Portal. Once the handover is complete, the client assumes full responsibility for the maintenance, security, and backups of the website, unless a separate maintenance package has been purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SifuPage, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
